If I am out of shape, can I still do the program?
The great thing about Fit Body Boot Camp is we have certified trainers who can modify the workouts to all fitness levels. We have all ranges of fitness levels and all shapes and sizes.

You don’t get in shape to do boot camp. You get in shape by doing boot camp.
How many times a week do I need to attend? 
For best results, we recommend coming 3-4x a week. Each session is only 30 minutes. The #1 reason people don’t work out is because they don’t have time. We have solved that problem with 30-minute workouts.
Do I have to go to the same session time every time?
No, you do not. You can go to the times that are the most convenient for you.
